As a member of the Client Service, the Software Engineer is in charge of the customized applications used by the GXP Link clients of France NAS BU (30 large and renowned companies).
Within the GXP Link team, the Software Engineer has direct interactions with clients and is involved in the high quality of service expected by them.
In collaboration with the Account Manager and Technical Referent of each client, the Software Engineer is in charge of implementing developments requested by clients, while understanding the upstream and downstream impacts to the overall human capital management solution. The Software Engineer also performs corrective and preventive maintenance of the GXP Link application and collaborates with other technical teams to ensure client incident resolution. He/she also provides assistance to customers as needed.
