In this role, you will provide banking and product support as assigned. Meets both quality and production standards established for this level. Respond to Payroll Center and Client inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Monitor established turnaround guidelines.

What you'll do: Responsibilities

What you can expect on a typical day:

• Perform administrative duties to ensure Registration documents are processed timely and accurately.
• Research client and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist in training of new employees and procedures.
• Telephone contact with internal and external areas.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Meets deadlines with accuracy.
• Organizational skills are a must.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• You can work overtime hours during peak seasons.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
