Small Business Marketing Manager

Are you a dynamic client obsessed manager who is looking to influence marketing strategy and execution of key marketing initiatives? We are looking for a growth-oriented marketer with a background in awareness and acquisition marketing. Some key responsibilities involve being the day-to-day point of contact for Roll by ADP, SBS Organic social, SBS TikTok, etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • TikTok Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end SBS TikTok Paid and Organic roadmap from concept to content creation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics to build brand presence and engagement focused on targeting Small Business Owners.
  • Organic Social Management: Define and implement organic social strategies in partnership with SBS and Corporate teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and timely activation across all platforms.
  • Nurture Campaigns: Develop test & learn opportunities for existing prospect email nurture campaigns to drive more lead conversion for sales.
  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with agency partners to source, activate, and measure high-impact influencer campaigns that strengthen awareness and audience trust.
  • Roll by ADP Campaign Management: Lead hands on keyboard of campaign development, optimization and analysis across multiple digital channels (i.e. Search, Organic Social, UAC, Apple Search) and optimize budget across sites, placements and targeting strategies to deliver positive return on spend.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders to activate effective campaigns.
  • Analytics / Reporting: Lead weekly analysis on campaign effectiveness and efficiency to provide informed and actionable optimizations on key performance metrics.

Ultimately, you will be data driven so that we are constantly testing and learning, collecting data, pivoting quickly to implement what works and continuously trying different things to find more positive business driving initiatives. Speed to market energy and bias for action is crucial!
