Global Talent & Development Operations Specialist
In this role, you will be a key member of the Global Talent & Development (GTD) Operations team, responsible for supporting select GTD team programs and processes. You will partner daily with global stakeholder groups, primarily within the GTD organization to support different global programs and manage trainer and learner information in the learning system.
This is a great opportunity for someone with learning operations experience looking to build their experience in the talent, leadership, and career development space. This person will need to be successful managing multiple priorities and deadlines, coordinating ongoing tasks, and identifying ongoing improvements.
Eligibility: Minimum 3 years' experience in Learning Management System, excellent communication skills, reporting skills and session management
What you'll do:
What you can expect on a typical day:
- Learning System Management: You will manage training and learner information in the learning systems. For example, you will create instructor-led sessions within the system and ensure that schedules are up to date. You will be responsible for the management of participants, attendance monitoring and other tasks that support successful program completion and tracking. You will work closely with the instructional designers to publish new e-learning courses.
- Program Support: You will work closely with the program owners, facilitators, designers and other GTD team members to ensure all program information is up to date and easily accessible for the learners and managers. You will coordinate program communications to ensure relevant learners receive program information on time. You will also monitor program participation and issue reminders to support on time program completion. You will partner with onsite program facilitators to conduct successful delivery of programs.
- Data-related Initiatives & Reporting: You will work with GTD stakeholders to identify critical metrics, pull and analyze data and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports. You will maintain and enhance dashboards, define and implement best practices for data processing, storing, and cleaning & provide accurate, insightful analysis. You will partner with key stakeholders to automate and optimize reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy and continuous improvements.
- Support GTD processes: As needed, you will support other members of the GTD Operations team to ensure effective delivery and management of work.

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include 5 years' experience with talent development or learning processes as outlined above.

- Experience with learning, talent, or leadership development.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems or other HR technology is a bonus.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with project teams and sponsors.
- Demonstrated success collaborating within global teams and supporting international projects in a multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated project management experience with varying levels of complexity is a bonus.
