As an internal sales district manager, you will have the opportunity to present ADP's cutting-edge solutions and expert advice to potential clients. On the phone, you build relationships, acquire new clients, cross-sell solutions to existing clients, and close sales effectively with businesses with 1 to 49 employees.

What you will do:

  • Advance our company. Work in a protected territory to close sales, secure contracts, and meet your sales targets. It's that simple!
  • Transform potential clients into loyal and enthusiastic customers. Using a cold outreach strategy, establish relationships with potential clients, discover their true business needs, and recommend the right ADP products and services. This is called networking.
  • Deepen relationships within the ADP family. Strengthen relationships within the ADP family by strategically cross-selling to existing clients, introducing other fantastic new products and solutions from ADP. Wait... that's not all!
  • Collaborate daily. Act as a trusted advisor to your clients. Work daily with internal and external clients, and build and maintain good relationships with them.

Required Experience:

  • High school diploma
  • 0 to 5 years of successful sales experience
  • Goal-oriented motivation and proven ability to meet and exceed monthly/annual quotas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer relations skills
