Director, Alliances Marketing Compliance Solutions

The Director, Alliances Marketing will be a key driver in the success of ADP Compliance Solutions through ERP and Systems Integrator partner channels by helping to influence partners to influence buyers to buy Compliance Solutions products and services. This role reports to the VP, Alliances Marketing, Compliance Solutions.

This role demands a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of Compliance Solutions, field-level go-to-market execution, and partner co-marketing strategy. You will need to collaborate and balance input across multiple groups and be responsible for building high-impact campaigns, sales enablement tools, and field activation programs, both for Compliance Solutions sales teams as well as partner sales teams, that drive partner-sourced pipeline growth. Ideal candidates will have experience in sales, sales strategy, solutions consulting, or field marketing within compliance, payroll, or HCM software ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Translate alliance marketing strategy into actionable GTM plans for field-level execution.
  • Design and execute cooperative go-to-market programs with ERP and SI partners that generate demand and accelerate pipeline.
  • Partner with Alliances, Events Marketing, Sales and Demand Marketing Center to develop and enable field execution of field marketing programs such as demand generation events and other field-led events.
  • Partner with Alliances, Events Marketing and Sales to develop and execute cooperative marketing programs with partners such as webinars, workshops, and partner roadshows.
  • Collaborate with Alliances to identify new opportunities and optimize go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Many alliance partners have strategy pillars that span multiple ADP business units. Maintain awareness of this and work with the VP, Alliances Marketing, Compliance Solutions to address and incorporate these strategies, where appropriate to amplify the impact of CoSo programs across ADP.

Sales Enablement & Field Activation

  • Work with Alliances and Sales to build robust sales enablement content, including battle cards, talk tracks, ROI tools, and solution briefs that support cooperative go-to-market with partners.
  • Work with Alliances, Sales Strategy, Learning, and Alliances Business Development to develop training sessions and facilitate workshops to equip ADP and partner sellers with the messaging and tools needed to close deals.
  • Partner with Alliances and Sales Strategy teams to design playbooks that align with partner-driven GTM initiatives.
  • Partner with Client Acquisition & Growth Marketing to develop field-ready assets that support multi-touch sales cadences, co-selling motions, and account-based strategies.

Content Development & Go-to-Market Support

  • Oversee the creation of high-impact content for joint marketing, including solution briefs, case studies, digital ads, and co-branded landing pages.
  • Support partner-led demand generation by building scalable content that effectively places ADP value propositions and demand generation into partner sales processes.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all partner touchpoints, reflecting both ADP's value proposition and partner synergies.

Relationship Management & Field Alignment

  • Build relationships with Alliance Directors, field sales leaders at ADP, and partner organizations to gain feedback and optimize program effectiveness.
  • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including other Partner Marketing teams, Alliances, Sales, Sales Strategy, Alliances Business Development, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Measure the effectiveness of field marketing programs using KPIs such as partner-attached closed/won rates.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
  • Leverage data to inform decision-making and enhance partner marketing strategies.
