Senior Consultant TLM Support

ADP is hiring a Senior Consultant TLM Support. In this role, you as a Senior Consultant TLM Support are responsible to resolve software and hardware questions for clients using Time and Labor Management products. Provide solutions to meet client needs to automate the output of time and attendance calculations for payroll production.

The Senior Consultant TLM Support configures and optimizes the Time and Labor Management interfaces and serves as an expert within the Time and Attendance domain.

  • You could be a dedicated point of contact for aligned accounts
  • You will engage with clients to truly understand their product challenges and related needs; Solve such challenges while building long term trust

  • Support the phone queue during busy intervals
  • Proactively look into future issues and recommend steps to mitigate

To succeed in this role: Requirements

  • Bilingual French & English
  • Proven track record for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Aptitude to learn new software applications
  • Be proactive, highly organized, have a growth mindset, client centric, continuous improvement
  • Ability to multitask
  • Fundamental understanding of (hardware, networks, routers, switches, IP addresses)
  • Basic technical knowledge or experience in a technical field
  • Post-secondary diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organization, prioritization skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent soft skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience in (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance) is considered and asset
  • Ability to work in a team environment

*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP's headquarters and international sites.
