Work closely with client for accurate and timely payroll, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances and tax (national taxes and regional taxes) related calculation.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure client services and cases are monitored and delivered in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
Maintain client relationship to improve client's satisfaction.
Provide suggestions, counseling, and updates to clients in areas of labor laws, payroll, labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances, individual income tax policy, HR processes, etc.
Maintain client services procedure manuals and business process documents.
Participate in testing and validation of services and system upgrading.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client services and cases are monitored and delivered in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
Manage and maintain service schedules and related task/events in accordance with ADP and client requirement.
Maintain client services procedure manuals and business process documents.
Assist Client Service Manager in reviewing and improving services processes and procedures.
Participate in testing and validation of services and system implementation.
Participate in potential clients meeting to provide expert HR and service advices.
Provide training to client and internal operation teams.
