Job Title
Work closely with GV MS PA to support Global View client for accurate and timely labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances and tax (national taxes and regional taxes) related calculation and administration.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure client services and cases are monitored and delivered in an accurate, timely and professional manner.
Maintain client relationship to improve client's satisfaction
As professional local lodgment service advisor, provide suggestions, counseling, and updates to Global View Clients in areas of labor pension, national health insurance, labor / employment insurances, Individual Income tax policy, HR processes etc.
Maintain client services procedure manuals and business process documents
Participates in internal process enhancement testing and validation of services and system upgrading
