ADP is hiring an Administrative Support professional. In this position, you will couple your positive attitude with a desire to learn to ensure smooth functioning of activities and processes across select areas of ADP's business.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform moderately complex clerical, administrative and office support activities
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations and other documents, file and fax as directed
  • Follow standardized formats and established internal procedures
  • Assemble and compile statistics and data from established sources as directed
  • Create formulas/formats of moderate complexity
  • May assist with schedule management; arrange appointments, travel, meetings, conference calls and processes expense reports
  • Provide support to leaders and department as required
  • Screen calls and greet visitors
  • Organize correspondence and email; responds to requests for information
  • Coordinate activities between departments and outside parties

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in similar environment
  • High School diploma or equivalent education/experience
