ADP is hiring an Account Executive Trainer in our Smart Compliance MasterTax organization. In this role, you will build relationships and partner with the business stakeholders and clients to achieve business results through ADP's learning resources and initiatives. As an Account Executive (AE) Trainer you will provide training and consultative support for ADP/MasterTax software for both new and existing clients. This role is responsible for guiding users through product functionality, ensuring successful onboarding, and promoting long-term adoption and satisfaction. The AE also acts as a trusted partner by relying on client feedback and supporting continuous product and training improvements.

You will assist in establishing the direction of your team's activities, coaching and developing your team members, creating an overall productive and enjoyable working environment for your team, and managing and resolving client escalations.
To thrive in this role, you must be comfortable solving complex problems to improve products and services while working in a metric-driven environment. Integral to this is the responsibility to provide input in the instructional design process, identify and incorporate delivery innovations, seek out and incorporate feedback and provide robust thought leadership specific to modern learning, while leading medium to large scale projects across a cross-functional team. You have worked independently and, in a team, to consult, support the training design and develop sound training in various modalities, i.e., eLearning, instructor-led, blended, job aids, and more, and can manage simultaneous projects with deadlines. You are a continuous learner who focuses on personal development and business process improvement.
