AutoDS is looking for a one-of-a-kind HRBP to join us!

AutoDS is an eCommerce automation platform on a mission to empower online sellers to build and scale their businesses with ease. Following our acquisition by Fiverr, we continue to operate independently combining the agility of a startup with the resources and reach of a global brand.

We're looking for a people-oriented professional with a strategic mindset to join our HR team and play a key role in the company's next stage of growth. About the Role

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for your assigned departments, partnering with managers to provide end-to-end HR support.
  • Lead the full recruitment process for roles in your departments, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Drive core HR processes, cross-company initiatives, and strategic projects in collaboration with the team.
  • Independently manage projects in engagement, learning & development, and well-being.
  • Act as the main HR contact, managing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, 1:1s, and manager support.

Who We're Looking For:

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience as an HRBP in a global organization
  • Experience in leading HR projects and budgets from end to end - similar to the above
  • Experience in working with managers and stakeholders on developing, consulting, and resolving dilemmas
  • Ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
  • High level of English
  • Capability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with all team members at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Personal skills include communication, decision-making, problem-solving, collaboration, delegation, planning, goal-setting, motivation, and empathy.
