Auto-Chlor Systems is hiring a Service & Sales Leader to oversee a small team, coordinate daily operations, and deliver great service. This hands-on role offers the chance to build leadership skills with a clear path to becoming a Branch Manager.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of service and sales professionals to achieve branch goals.
• Support branch operations: inventory, safety, compliance, and customer service.
• Drive sales growth through new account acquisition, upselling, and customer retention.
• Support field operations, including installations and service calls, and participate in on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For:

• Leadership Experience: 1–2 years leading a team, ideally in B2B service, sales, or route-based industries.
• Hands-On Skills: Mechanical aptitude, ability to work in the field, and ability to drive sales performance.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with a valid driver's license.
