We're passionate about cars, technology, and delivering world-class service — and we're looking for a results-driven, relationship-focused Regional Sales Manager to expand our footprint and support our growing dealer network.

Position Overview

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing AutoCartel's business within the Houston-South Texas areas. You'll build and maintain strong partnerships with dealerships, identify new opportunities, and lead initiatives that drive sales and client satisfaction. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and guiding clients toward solutions that enhance their success.

What You'll Do

  • Develop with managers and execute a territory sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with dealership owners, GMs, and decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Partner with operations team to ensure service excellence
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Track sales performance, pipeline, and reporting using CRM tools
  • Represent AutoCartel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities when necessary
  • Provide market feedback to leadership to help shape strategy and offerings
