• KPIs are your constant companion - define and monitor them together with the department head and implement measures to achieve the goals.
• You ensure a smooth workflow through the development, implementation, and control of processes.
• Together with your team, you are the first point of contact for our customers and also the interface between sales and dealers as well as the operational departments.
• Phone calls, emails - everything around complaint and claim management challenges your problem-solving skills daily. With the help of our ticketing system, we want to ensure excellent customer service.
• Working with the CRM system as well as data maintenance and regular reporting - directly to the Head of Operations - are part of your daily routine.

Qualifikationen

• You have an economic background and have already gained initial experience in employee management.
• Independent, self-responsible work and a proactive approach characterize you.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as routine work with XLS (preferably prior experience with Google Sheets).
• Your language skills in German and English are at a very high level both verbally and in writing.
