Entering our Pre-Sales team, you will be responsible for training, managing, and motivating a team of resources, coordinating activities in a proactive and strategic way, in order to achieve the company's objectives.
Qualifications
What you will do:
- Motivate and support your team to achieve the company's objectives;
- Coordinate and manage the activities of your team, supporting it in achieving the objective;
- Analyze and monitor daily team activities through company tools (sales performance reports);
- Contribute to the growth of the structure, identifying commercial talents and providing them with concrete professional career opportunities;

- Strong customer orientation and achievement of objectives;
- Excellent communication and time management skills;
- Distinctive learning skills of analysis tools;
- Ability to propose analysis and reporting for monitoring and interpreting the team's activity;
- Experience of at least 3 years in managing online B2C sales teams inbound commercial and/or outbound;

Additional Information
Location of the workplace: Bulevardi Gjergj Fishta, Alpas Center, Tirana.
Work schedule: Monday-Saturday full time, 40 hours.
