Job Description

  • Managing and monitoring the efficiency of the telephone sales department
  • Managing a large (over 60-person) team by supporting the task completion of Team Leaders
  • Monitoring and developing the efficiency of the entire team and individual employees
  • Building and developing, and properly following quality standards of communication with customers, and maximizing the level of customer satisfaction in the service process
  • Achieving sales targets, including reporting results
  • Cooperation with other AUTO1 teams in logistics, sales, pricing, and financing partners through AUTO1 credit lines
  • Ongoing cooperation with your counterparts in other countries and the headquarters in Berlin
  • Supporting, motivating, and conducting training to ensure the personal development of subordinates
  • Representing the company at industry events

Qualifications

  • Higher education, preferably in economics or exact sciences
  • Min. 5 years of experience in managing a min. 30-person team in a sales telephone, call center position
  • Highly developed analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, experience in analysis and preparation of summaries
  • Fluent English enabling free communication with other managers and the company headquarters in Berlin
  • Fluent Polish enabling free communication with the sales team employees
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Self-discipline and good organization of work
  • Willingness to occasional national and European delegations
