As an administration and reception assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and use your accessible and friendly personality to ensure a positive customer experience in our Aartselaar location. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for our car buyers and prepare contracts for the cars to be purchased.

Function Description

Here's how you can add value:

• With a welcoming smile, you will be the first point of contact for customers (by appointment).
• You will be responsible for the complete administration of the location (purchase agreements, contract handling, mail, transport, customer follow-up, etc.).
• You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transport of the cars.
• You will wear your ambassador shoes during every customer contact to contribute to a positive business name and nice reviews.

• You have a Driver's License B.
