Job Description

Immerse in a young and dynamic context in the automotive sector, we are looking for a brilliant figure with previous experience in an AUTO PRATICHE AUTO agency who will carry out the following tasks:

• Management of automotive practices;
• Management of registration practices, property transfers to private and dealer, exports;
• Data entry;
• Constant analysis of operations in a rapid, precise, and analytical way;
• Management of reporting and database combined with the checks carried out.

Qualifications

What we require:

• Previous experience of at least two years in the field of auto practices, in administrative activities of archiving, management, and document controls.
• Speed with the use of IT tools;
• Good knowledge of at least one of the management systems including (Leonardo, Pratica, Sisco Digital Sta);
• Proactivity, strong organizational skills, flexibility, high resistance to stress, and propensity to work in a young, dynamic, and informal environment;
