Do you want to gain work experience in a dynamic international environment while following your BBL education? Then come work as a Junior Operational Employee in the Operations department of AUTO1 Group.

In this role, you will learn everything about the purchasing and selling process of second-hand cars – both within the Netherlands and internationally. You will support various departments such as Import, Export, Registration, and Documents. Your main task? To ensure the smooth running of the registration process when purchasing vehicles. Additionally, you will ensure that all other processes are handled administratively and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the quick and correct processing of administrative tasks related to the registration process
• Performing your duties using Google Sheets
• Providing requested information for BPM return
• Contacting authorities such as the tax office and RDW to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Requesting license plates from the logistics center and ensuring new license plates are ordered
• Daily preparing shipments for customers across Europe
• Offering support to various teams within the Business Services domain

Requirements include:

• Being proactive and having a high sense of responsibility
• Being available full-time
• Possessing a driver's license (B) is a plus
• Being administratively strong
• Being the link that communicates and coordinates with different departments
