As a Junior HR Project Manager (H/F), you join the Human Resources Department to play a pivotal role: you lead strategic performance and compensation projects, orchestrate the development of skills (L&D), and leverage HR data to inform our decisions, while providing cross-functional support to all our People teams.

Attached to the Director of Human Resources and a member of the CODIR People team, you take charge of the following missions:

1/ Management & Steering of Strategic HR Projects

  • Carry out the deployment of major HR processes in conjunction with the HRBP team: annual performance cycle, salary campaigns, HR action plans, organizational evolution projects…
  • Be the operational reference interlocutor for the HR Director on strategic issues, and ensure coordination with the headquarters and Group teams in France and internationally.

2/ Training & Development of Skills (L&D)

  • Deploy the skills development strategy (Skills Development Plan, CPF devices, VAE, etc.).
  • Accompany managers in identifying and prioritizing training needs.
  • Lead the follow-up (budgetary, administrative, operational) of training actions: from conception to evaluation — in partnership with internal experts and external providers.
  • Ensure monitoring of training regulation and pedagogical innovations.
  • Evaluate effectiveness and propose continuous improvement axes; co-lead certain devices according to expertise.

3/ HR Analysis & Data Management

  • Carry out ad hoc analyses and syntheses on HR data (remuneration, workforce, equality, mobility…)
  • Construct dashboards, produce reports for the Direction, headquarters, and Group, prepare presentation materials (NAO, CSE, Committee…)
  • Participate actively in the reliability and optimization of HR data (SIRH, diverse extractions).

4/ Cross-Functional HR Support

  • Provide support to the HR Director for special files, benchmarks, regulatory monitoring, and sectoral status reports.
  • Contribute to the communication and valorization of HR actions among managers, employees, and headquarters/Group.

First similar experience of minimum 2 to 3 years

Advanced mastery of Excel/Google Sheets, SIRH, experience in HR analysis (ideally remuneration/performance)

Solid knowledge of professional training devices (+ pedagogical engineering if possible)

Ability to synthesize; solution orientation, rigor, discretion

Spirit of initiative, curiosity, sense of collective

Fluent English required (regular exchanges and presentations with international headquarters or Group)
