Autohero is the online B2C retail platform for young, high-quality used cars. We offer private customers a broad and daily changing selection and the possibility to complete their purchase entirely online.

As an Inside Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact for our customers and help them choose the right car and additional services. Thanks to our warm leads, you can focus entirely on sales and customer satisfaction – no cold acquisition! What you will do:

• Follow up on leads that come in through our platform by phone and email.
• Identify the customer's needs and advise on the most suitable car and services.
• Answer questions about the purchasing process and our services.
• Handle the administrative aspects of the sale.
• Ensure a smooth delivery process of the car to the customer.

Function requirements:

• Experience is not required – we believe that motivation, communication skills, and commercial drive are more important.
• Targets motivate you to achieve your goals and improve your performance.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Customer-oriented, persuasive, reliable, and independent in managing your sales pipeline.
• Enthusiasm for the automotive sector and service-oriented thinking.

Additional information:

• Contract for an indefinite period.
• Market-conforming salary (depending on experience, 38 hours/week).
