We are looking for an Inside Account Manager for our sales department in Antwerpen or Hasselt.

In this role, you will be responsible for selling cars to business clients (dealers and car dealers). You will support them not only in their purchases but also in financing, delivery, payments, claims... You will truly guide your clients from A to Z and build a trust relationship with them so that they can always come to you with questions and problems.

Function Description

  • You create a sales plan together with your Team Lead to determine how you will build your client set and achieve your sales targets.
  • You analyze customer needs and advise (potential) customers about AUTO1.com products and services. Of course, you will ensure that customers buy for the first time, buy again, and keep buying.
  • You maintain intensive telephone contact with your existing customers and build a long-term relationship.
  • You work closely with other departments such as Operations and the Dealer Service Team.
  • You advise your customers on matters such as transport, international purchases, and inventory management.

Function Requirements

  • You have initial commercial or customer-oriented experience, preferably in B2B
  • You are a strong communicator and can listen well to customer needs
  • You get energy from maintaining relationships and seek win-win
  • You get satisfaction from advising and convincing customers
  • You work structured, are administratively strong, and have an eye for detail
  • You think customer-oriented, commercial and team-oriented
  • You speak fluent Dutch and have good knowledge of English. Knowledge of other languages is certainly an asset!
  • You work structured, independently and customer-oriented
