As an HR Officer, you are responsible for operational and administrative HR processes. You are an accessible point of contact for employees and ensure the correct and efficient execution of HR and payroll tasks. Your focus is on our production site in Ghislenghien, with a particular emphasis on workers, working closely with employees and managers to ensure the smooth running of HR processes.

You are mainly responsible for the payroll of employees at our production site in Ghislenghien. You are the point of contact for approximately 100 workers and 25 office employees in Ghislenghien. You work from Ghislenghien, with support from an on-site HR colleague (focused on recruitment and administration), your colleagues at the headquarters in Antwerp, and your manager, who is regularly present in Ghislenghien.
You answer employees' questions regarding payroll, contracts, personnel files, absences, insurance, and benefits. You provide personalized support (1-to-1), both in-person at the office and workshop, and digitally. You conduct interviews with employees regarding contracts, absences, questions related to personnel files, and other HR topics. You follow up daily with your colleagues on HR mailboxes and tickets. You manage personnel files and contract administration. You draft and follow up on employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documents. You support payroll processes by preparing and controlling salaries, benefits, absences, and modifications. You correctly apply internal directives and social legislation in your daily HR tasks and provide advice on this subject. You provide administrative support for HR projects and process optimization. You support managers and HR colleagues in the entire employee journey: onboarding, contract management, evaluations, absences, and offboarding.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration, with support in payroll and social legislation. Professional, precise, and structured, with respect for confidentiality. Excellent communication skills, accessible, and service-oriented for employees. Confident in communication and solid in your approach. Experience with HR software (e.g., eBlox) and good proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. French is the mother tongue; English is useful but not required. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not mandatory.
