As B2B Operations Sales Lead, you will lead the B2B Sales team of 30 employees within Auto1 Belgium, spread across our three locations in Antwerpen, Hasselt, and Ghislenghien. With your leadership and results-driven approach, you will take the teams to new heights and ensure smooth cooperation with both national and international stakeholders. You will directly contribute to the success of AUTO1.com Belgium!

As Head of B2B Sales, you will directly manage the Team Leads and monitor daily sales results. You will translate our B2B strategy into concrete actions and report clearly to our headquarters in Germany. You will develop targeted plans to make processes more efficient, expand the customer base, and optimize the team's performance. Additionally, you will work closely with international departments to implement best practices and ensure that our Belgian sales activities seamlessly align with Auto1's global strategy.
The core of your tasks:
- Directly steer, coach, and develop the three operational teams and their leaders, focusing on performance, collaboration, and growth
- Develop and execute the annual business and growth plan in line with the international strategy
- Lead onboarding, training, and coaching programs, and foster a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture
- Optimize, standardize, and automate sales processes, workflows, and reports through CRM, AI, and other sales tools
- Develop and roll out incentive programs and individual targets for the sales team
- Initiate lead generation, market analysis, and management reports as a basis for strategic decisions
- Work intensively with the management in Belgium and the international headquarters
- Ensure successful local implementation of international initiatives and best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, sales operations, or consultancy within a dynamic (preferably international or digital) environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational management or a leading role, including direct management of multiple teams/team leaders
- Proven success in achieving growth targets and performance management
- Strong in optimizing processes, automation, and implementation of innovative tools
- Excellent analytical skills, sales forecasting, KPI design, and reporting tools
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management at national and international levels
- Excellent command of Dutch, French, and English
- Strategic insight, connecting ability, and results-driven leadership, complemented by strong communication and project management skills
