Junior People Generalist

We are looking for a committed person for the position of Junior People Generalist in the People team. If you want to develop your skills in human resources management and work in an international environment, this offer is for you!

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining personal files and HR documentation
• Archiving personal documents
• Performing activities related to employee matters
• Preparing contracts
• Verifying data in the Workday system and preparing reports

Qualifications

• Minimum 0.5 years of experience in HR, or completed HR course
• Knowledge of labor law
• Interest in HR field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Knowledge of English at least B2/C1 level
• Knowledge of Workday or other HRM system is an additional advantage
