As our Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming the student journey from enrolment to graduation by working to deliver smarter, more personalised degree planning in line with the ANU Digital Plan and ANU Strategy.
You will act as the bridge between academic stakeholders, technology teams, and the students we serve, helping shape the tools and processes that guide thousands of learners through their academic pathways.
In this role, you will work with stakeholders across the University to identify, analyse and document business requirements that support clearer planning for students and advisors. You will translate complex academic structures, prerequisites and progression rules into system logic, lead discovery and ideation workshops, and support program teams from early design through implementation to ensure solutions align with business goals and policies. The role includes developing process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria for degree audit and progression features, supporting testing and quality assurance, and contributing to a collaborative and consistent business analysis practice through the ANU Analysis Chapter.
You are a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with demonstrated experience delivering results in complex, agile environments. You thrive in collaborative settings and are confident at engaging with diverse user groups, technical teams and senior leaders.
