The Operations Officer works under the direction of the Head of Operations but will support and work closely with all staff within the Residential Experience Division. The Operations Officer undertakes a broad range of administrative tasks relating to day-to-day activities, acting as a first point of contact for the operations team and providing support to a variety of stakeholders including staff, students and visitors, working in partnership with team members and with colleagues in Central Services.
