Campus Support Officer

The Campus Support Officer is the primary point of contact for facilities-related requests and enquiries across the University. Reporting to the Campus Support Supervisor, the role provides high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure efficient delivery of campus services.

Key responsibilities include coordinating facilities administration activities, workflow and monitor work requests, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, maintain accurate records and systems, support invoicing & reporting processes and participate in site inspections and meetings.

You are an organised and responsive professional with strong customer service skills. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and can effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders, including staff, students, and contractors.

You bring strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a complex operational environment. You are comfortable working with systems and data, maintaining accurate documentation and maintaining administrative processes.

You demonstrate Unity, Integrity, Tenacity, Excellence and Customer Service, and work collaboratively, respectfully and proactively across a diverse campus environment.

The mission of Campus Environment Division is to "Enable academic excellence at ANU through integrated and innovative facilities and project delivery." The two key portfolios are Operations and Commercial Planning & Strategy.

The Division maintains and enhances the University's physical environment across multiple locations, delivering services including facilities management, infrastructure development, sustainability initiatives, compliance, security, cleaning & waste, and commercial operations. Its work supports the University's mission through innovation, service quality, and strong partnerships across the campus community.
