General Description:
Performs highly complex staff services, consultative services, technical assistance, and data analytics work to support division reporting, project initiatives and administrative operations for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles, Customer Relations Division. Work involves providing high-level administrative assistance to the Division Director and staff, preparing statistical data reports, oversees the customer relationship management database and maintains repository of the division’s electronic filing system, supply ordering and budget monitoring. Supports tracking and documentation for project and assignment related activities. Coordinates confidential and time-sensitive correspondence, emails and phone communications. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or U.S. equivalency thereof plus four (4) years of administrative/executive support experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years’ experience in data analysis, research, compilation, and/or presenting findings. Additional applicable work experience can be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis. (Experience requirements may be satisfied by full-time experience or the prorated part-time equivalent.)
Registration, Certification and/or License:
A valid Class “C” driver's license is required. If not currently a Texas resident, must obtain a Texas Driver's License within ninety (90) days after entering Texas as a new resident. A satisfactory driving record is required for operating state or personal vehicles to conduct department business.
