Senior Marketing Manager (M,W,D) With Focus On Retail And Pos Marketing

Responsibilities

• You develop, stage, and accompany POS campaigns along our central retail activity plan (RAP). Your focus: frequency increase, customer building, and sales impulses through emotional storytelling.
• You develop guidelines for VIP events and retail actions for customer activation and performance improvement in our own and partner spaces.
• You are responsible for the production of image, video, and POS advertising material, as well as creative elements for our brand case to emotionalize the brand through the RAP – internally and externally.
• You plan and accompany pilot formats in selected flagship stores; including documentation & rollout of successful marketing initiatives.
• You support the uniform visual implementation of the brand experience – from windows to decor setup according to our CI guidelines.
• You use the RAP as a connection for creative marketing campaigns offline & online.
• You are the first point of contact for marketing needs from the partner network – from flyers to social media content.

Qualification

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in retail or the fashion industry.
• Experience in POS marketing and a good understanding of retail strategies.
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and Italy as well as the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable success.
• Experience in using digital tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Indesign.
• Clear, motivating communication on an equal footing.
• Ability to transport emotions through visuals, storytelling, and events – from windows to Instagram.
• Social media affinity, experience with Meta Business Suite and content management are a plus.
• You have a driver’s license and are active and like to be on site (travel readiness 30-40%).
