Support Coordinator
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Contract: 9 Months Fixed Term
Location: Home Based, Sydney - Australia
We're looking for a highly motivated Support Coordinator to complement our fantastic team. As our Support Coordinator, you will provide operational support to our global customers to ensure Audoo's high levels of quality and service are maintained.
16 hours per week (4 hours Monday-Thursday)

Primary Responsibilities
- Providing customer support via telephone/email/in person
- Coordinating daily support workflow tasks across global network
- Managing installations
- Resolving stakeholder questions and issues
- Working closely with third parties to manage the escalation of issues
- Suggesting solutions for common problems and creating documentation
- Logistics and product shipments
- Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
- Reporting on support activity, results and trends
- Improving overall stakeholder satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in a similar support role or self-starter with a can-do attitude
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organisational skills & high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills
Desirable
- Experience of working in an early-stage company
- Knowledge of business principles
- Leadership ability
- Full Australian driving license and access to vehicle
