About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our HR team as an HR Intern. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks and HR operations, including payroll and personnel administration. You'll support our daily processes, learn how HR contributes to business goals, and work in a collaborative environment.

This position is office based and is located in Zielona Góra, ul. Kostrzyńska 4.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Assist with HR administrative tasks, including preparing documents and maintaining employee records.
• Support payroll and personnel administration processes.
• Help with data entry, filing, and archiving HR documents.
• Assist in onboarding processes (preparing documents, checklists, and systems access).
• Support HR team in day-to-day operations and ad hoc projects.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal policies.

What Are We Looking For?

• Current student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• Availability to work at least 25 hours per week.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the HR field.
