Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Broward County, FL / Houston, TX
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join a fast-growing global IT organization supporting multi-state operations and ongoing business transformation. This role will partner closely with leadership teams to drive strategic HR initiatives while also supporting day-to-day HR operations across employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. We are looking for someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals
- Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategy
- Manage employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and policy guidance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to support hiring strategies and retention initiatives
- Analyze workforce trends, turnover, and HR metrics to improve business outcomes
- Support HR process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, Finance, and Operations
- Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, employee development, and team performance
- Help drive organizational growth, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong HRBP exposure
- Experience supporting multi-site and/or multi-state operations
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, and employment law
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and operational stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect HR strategy with business outcomes
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or transformation-driven environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Bilingual is a strong plus
