Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production and operational activities. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to production teams, ensure workflow efficiency, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive overall operational performance. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring production goals and deadlines are met.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Fabricate, install, build, and repair conveyor belts.
- Maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 3 or more years proven conveyor belt experience
- 2 or more years experience managing field jobs and a team
- Forklift operation license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
