Wholesale Sales, Merchandising, Order Fulfillment, and Delivery Specialist

AtWork is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing, family-owned gourmet food manufacturer known for crafting premium-quality confections in over 40 unique flavors. Their products are sold through retail locations, trade shows, and online platforms. We are seeking someone reliable, customer-focused, and motivated to join their team.

Position Overview

In this role, you will represent the brand across retail partners from Logan to Spanish Fork and Tooele to Heber, ensuring product displays are eye-catching, orders are fulfilled accurately, and deliveries are made on time. If you enjoy working independently, building strong customer relationships, and staying active throughout the day, this position is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Merchandising
  • Visit retail stores to organize, restock, and maintain appealing, brand-compliant displays
  • Ensure shelves are full and visually attractive to drive sales
  • Monitor inventory levels and suggest restocks when needed
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and grow sales within existing and potential accounts
• Order Fulfillment & Client Relations
  • Build rapport with store managers and staff to secure new and repeat orders
  • Accurately collect and process retail orders
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely and correct order preparation
• Product Delivery
  • Deliver products from the warehouse to retail locations throughout the Wasatch Front
  • Confirm deliveries with store staff, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, store visits, and inventory feedback

Ideal Candidate

Background in sales, merchandising, fulfillment, or delivery preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management

Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on the move throughout the day

Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle

Positive attitude and excited to grow with a values-driven company
