The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR functions with a strong emphasis on employee engagement, recognition programs, morale initiatives, and retention efforts. This role will also provide cross-functional administrative support to the Accounts Receivable team when needed. We are looking for someone who naturally builds relationships, enjoys organizing events, and understands that culture drives retention. This person will serve as a connector within the organization someone who shakes hands, checks in, celebrates milestones, and helps create an environment where employees feel valued and appreciated.
2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Administrative Support, or Office Coordination
Strong interpersonal skills comfortable engaging with employees at all levels
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Professional, approachable, and discreet with confidential information
Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a plus
