This is a hands-on customer support role focused on problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and follow-through. You’ll support customers via phone, email, and tickets, work through real issues, and collaborate with internal teams to see problems through to resolution. This is not a call-center job. It requires judgment, curiosity, and accountability.
