Customer Support Specialist
At Atrato, we are a fintech startup focused on providing financial tools for businesses and end consumers to make products and services more accessible for people in Latin America.
Today we have two main products:
- Atrato Pago is a financing that allows our affiliated businesses to offer their products and services in monthly or bi-monthly payments for up to 24 months and with amounts up to 200,000 MXN.
- Atrato Cash is a personal loan that our customers can access once they have paid a part of their first loan. The way it works is very simple, as an Atrato client, with just a few clicks you can receive a loan of up to 200,000 MXN in your bank account.
Atrato was founded in 2019 and since then we have stopped growing in an accelerated way. To date we have helped thousands of customers finance their purchases, which are in different verticals such as furniture, electronics, medical services, among others. This same growth has allowed us to be recognized as one of the 30 business promises of 2022 by Forbes and has also put us in the sights of recognized international investors such as Y Combinator, Accel and Architect Capital.
As a Customer Support Specialist at Atrato, you will be the main point of contact for customer and business questions and requests. Providing exceptional and empathetic service by understanding their requests and offering efficient solutions and clear answers. In addition to working in collaboration with other teams to find the best solution and experience.
We are looking for someone with:
- 8+ months of experience in customer service handling different communication channels written and calls.
- Experience in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Impeccable spelling, grammar and writing. You have the ability to write in a formal and informal way, as well as adapt to the tone of the company.
- You are a highly motivated person who works well in a team.
- You have great emotional intelligence and are able to build relationships.
- You are very organized. You can adapt to solving several problems at once and provide concise communication.
What you will typically do:
- Provide immediate support to requests that come in written, whether chat, email, web widget, or by telephone call:
- General doubts about Atrato
- How to create a request?
- Cancellations, among others...
- Provide immediate support to requests generated by the internal team in the company's communication channels.
- Demonstrate excellent effective communication skills and empathy.
Salary range: Base salary: $10,000 MXN gross
Commissions of up to $4,000 MXN gross
