- Scope and lead large technical projects, laying the groundwork for early-stage products to evolve and scale iteratively
- Design, build, and maintain APIs, user-facing experiences, services, and systems
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
- Make effective tradeoffs between business priorities, user experience, and reliability
- Balance the needs of the immediate and long-term when working on new projects
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with a minimum of 7 years building B2B or B2C SaaS products
- Proficient in backend technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, and/or NodeJS, as well as modern frontend tech like React
- Ability to lead large technical projects and make effective tradeoffs between business priorities, user experience, and reliability
- Strong ownership mentality, focusing on business impact and continuous learning and growth
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
