✨ About The Role
- Responsible for building the platform to verify and underwrite new customers, identify and prevent fraudulent behavior, and coordinated attacks
- Develop and enhance machine learning models to assess customer creditworthiness, loss risk, and other risk-related factors
- Collaborate with various Risk and Product teams to establish strategies, vision, and goals for managing customer credit, transaction, and payment risk
- Drive the technical roadmap for risk engineering and deliver robust technical solutions rapidly and iteratively
- Ensure the right balance between speed of execution and maintaining high quality standards
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in building B2B or B2C SaaS products, particularly in fintech or financial services, with a focus on risk assessment and fraud detection at scale
- Proficient in utilizing machine learning and data transformation to drive significant impact for the business
- Self-motivated individual dedicated to delivering tangible business value
- Enjoys working on system life cycles, edge cases, interactions, and failure modes
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with a strong sense of ownership
