Program Manager

Atlas Advisors, LLC (ATLAS) is looking for a qualified and motivated Program Manager for an upcoming effort centered on operations, logistics, and training support for the DoD’s Counter Narcotics and Global Threats (CN>) program. This program is in support of various federal, state, and local authorities with the goal of disrupting, deterring, and defeating threats to national security, including those posed by illicit trafficking in all its manifestations (e.g., drugs, small arms and explosives, precursor chemicals, people, and illicitly-gained and laundered money).

Operations, Logistics & Training Program / Project Manager Minimum Qualifications:

• B.A./B.S. in Business or Business-related discipline
• Three (3) years of experience in Program Management
• Three (3) years of experience in the specific functional area identified
• Possess basic computer and typing skills (Windows, MS Office, G Suite, etc.)
• Willing to travel as necessary oversees and stateside as required by the customer

Operations, Logistics & Training Program / Project Manager Desired Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance (or higher)
• Master's in Business or Business-related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management
• 10+ years of experience in the specific functional area identified
• Experience working with or in the US military
• Experience working with or managing various groups of people to include: logisticians, developers, analysts, operators, tradesmen, administrators, draftspersons, pilots, instructors/inspectors, various SMEs, etc.
• Strong critical thinking skills and adept at creative and efficient problem solving
• Process-oriented individual with strong attention to detail
• Develop program initiatives and needed modifications independently—a strong change agent proponent
• Strong interpersonal skills and capable of effective and professional communication to contract personnel and other business entities
• Loyal with a strong desire to be part of a close crew of experienced military, prior service, and non-military teammates

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Be the primary customer contact for the program
• Be overall responsible for all aspects of the program
• Establish goals, milestones, and chart the progress of the program to ensure mission success
• Provide regular updates regarding staff, assignment locations, risks, and services provided
• Review areas of concern/issues and implement corrective action as necessary
• Coordinate training and travel as necessary
• Review and approve administrative aspects of the project such as work schedules, leave requests, expenses, training, etc.
