What You'll Do:

  • Curate the Buckhead Experience: Sell the story, not just the space: introduce clients to the charm, color, and creative spirit that set our hotel apart.
  • Craft group proposals that feel tailor-made, not templated: because our guests appreciate the personal touch.
  • Host lively site tours that highlight our design, rooftop views, and the little surprises that make the Centric experience memorable.
  • Nurture Relationships That Last: Build a community of clients who "get" what makes Hyatt Centric special, and want their groups to experience it. Stay connected with thoughtful communication that's polished but personable. Represent the hotel with confidence and warmth, whether you're meeting in person, jumping on a call, or hosting an event at Spaceman.
  • Bring It All Together Behind the Scenes: Work hand-in-hand with Events, Operations, Revenue, and F&B to ensure every group has a smooth, elevated journey from contract to check-out. Contribute your insights and creativity to sales strategy meetings as your ideas matter here. Keep documentation clean, organized, and ready for action.
  • Get Involved in the Scene: Attend local happenings, trade shows, networking events, and community moments that align with our boutique vibe. Develop partnerships and connections that elevate the hotel's presence in Buckhead and beyond. Embrace a curious, outgoing approach to business development because great opportunities often start with great conversations.

Qualifications: 2 years of hotel sales experience (group or boutique/lifestyle hotel experience is a bonus), strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, personable touch, confidence in presentations, negotiation, and relationship building, ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while staying organized, curiosity, creativity, and a desire to bring people together, proficiency with hotel sales systems (Delphi/Envision or similar).
