You will be responsible for designing a course or program's learning experience from start to finish, including developing content, writing assessments, and ensuring course quality standards are upheld. You will partner with learning portfolio managers, subject matter experts, and vendors to plan the ideal learning modality and audience profile, all while managing project timelines and setting expectations with stakeholders.

  • Develop creative, learner-centered, performance-based e-learning modules or videos and ensure that content has a consistent look, and is localizable.
  • Liaise with various teams and functions including Technical Editor, Platform Specialist, Video Production team, etc.
  • Design or advice on graphics and animations, and partner with visual designers and video production team.
