The Work:

  • Collaborate with product managers to balance business, technology, and design priorities to deliver brand-defining product and service experiences.
  • Responsible for executing the strategy for the area of responsibility based on client and company needs, which can include client experience, back office processes, or systemic processes outside the client journey.
  • Requires the ability to understand strategic impacts but concentrates on the day-to-day details in order to ensure tactical execution.
  • Be able to lead the delivery team's priorities in PI planning, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies; aligned to the larger experience platform priorities and vision defined by product management.
  • Individual must align with product managers to clearly articulate product strategy to the delivery teams.
  • Deliver new experiences by working directly with delivery, experience design, business, and operations partners to design new products and improvements to existing capabilities.
  • Author and maintain the team's backlog of user stories and serve as a subject matter expert on features, user stories, and product capabilities.
  • Perform triage on critical issues and communicate consistently and clearly with all concerned parties.
  • Serve as a key resource to development team to answer questions, provide clarifications, and conduct and coordinate business validation, focusing on fitness for use. Travel may be required for this role.

The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

What You Need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of banking, financial services, or trust work experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of leading cross-functional (business and technology) teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience).

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

  • Massachusetts $94,400 to $245,000
  • Minnesota $94,400 to $230,000
  • New York/New Jersey $87,400 to $266,300
  • Washington $100,500 to $245,000
