We are looking for a Data Integration Services Coordinator to support one of our clients. Job Responsibilities:

• Service Coordination & Monitoring
• Assist in daily coordination with managed service providers (MSPs)
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs using dashboards and reports
• Escalate issues to senior team members or vendors as needed
• Data & Integration Support
• Support routine checks on data pipelines and integrations
• Help document issues and resolutions for ETL/ELT processes
• Collaborate with senior engineers to understand design standards
• Stakeholder Communication
• Share regular status updates with internal leads
• Participate in vendor meetings and take notes/action items
• Help track compliance and performance metrics
• Process & Documentation
• Maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
• Assist in identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements
• Learn and apply automation tools under guidance

10% onsite at the client lab in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years' work experience
• Understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, and data pipelines
• Introductory knowledge of cloud platforms Azure, AWS and hybrid environments
• Exposure to ITIL practices and service management tools e.g., ServiceNow, Jira is a plus
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with data integration platforms (e.g., Axway, Redwood)
• HS Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
