What are we looking for? At Checkmarx, we are looking for a self-starting, customer-focused Renewal Account Manager to manage and secure renewals across our existing commercial customer base in the US. This role is dedicated to protecting recurring revenue, ensuring a smooth and positive renewal experience, and maintaining long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has experience in renewal management, or account management, combined with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer advocacy. You will leverage your business acumen and relationship management skills to ensure timely renewals and maximize retention within your assigned accounts. The working hours should be aligned to US East time zone.
