As an Automation Engineer within the Service Reliability department at Intercontinental Exchange, you will play a critical role in enhancing the reliability and efficiency of our operations platforms. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining automation tools and solutions that meet our high standards for customer service and incident reduction. You will collaborate closely with the Operations and SRE teams to implement automation changes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement projects.
