- Responsible for conducting detailed manual testing of new features and bug fixes in the Revenue Cycle Management Solution, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts to continuously improve the Revenue Cycle Management Solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create effective testing strategies
- Identify, document, and manage software defects to facilitate quick resolutions
- Advocate for quality assurance best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced software quality assurance professional with at least 5-8 years in the industry, focusing on manual and automated testing
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficient in crafting comprehensive test plans and test cases, with hands-on experience in automated testing tools and programming/scripting languages like Selenium/Cypress, Pytest, PlayWright
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- Collaborative team player with a data-driven mindset, able to analyze test outcomes and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
