- Responsible for conducting detailed manual testing of new features and bug fixes in the Revenue Cycle Management Solution, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts, focusing on continuous improvement of the Revenue Cycle Management Solution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create effective testing strategies for the Revenue Cycle Management Solution
- Identify, document, and manage software defects, facilitating quick and efficient resolutions

- Experienced software quality assurance professional with at least 3 years of experience in manual and automated testing, preferably in Revenue Cycle Management Solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
- Proficient in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes with hands-on experience in crafting comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities
